Five faces, one Suite.
Each face is one of the five sides a decision has to hold up on, from meaning, where the words are settled, to time, where it either still holds or does not. Behind each stands a standard, or a family of them. Read them in order and you have read the Suite.
From meaning to time
Five sides, and what stands behind each.
Read them in order and the order does real work. Meaning settles what the words are allowed to require. Structure, evidence, and reasoning are the working middle, where most checks happen. Time comes last, asking whether any of it still holds once the clock has run. Take all five together and you can show a decision holds all the way through.
Meaning Integrity
The words mean something you can hold to.
The words a system is built in decide its shape before anyone chooses. Pin what a term requires and the structure holds to what you meant; leave it loose and what you built quietly parts from what you intended, with every check above it measuring air. This settles the words the standards are written in, so everything below it has firm ground to stand on.
Structural Integrity
The system holds under pressure.
Who can act, what needs someone else's consent, and how the whole behaves as it grows, all decided and written down before they are ever tested. The standard for the structure a coordination system rests on, so no single actor can quietly bend it and no design comes apart the first time it meets real load.
Data Integrity
Every source graded, and the grade travels with the answer.
What a system may assume about what enters it, what an output owes on the way out, and how a source is graded on the way in. The uncertainty stays visible the whole way through, so nothing shaky is quietly laundered into a confident conclusion.
Evaluation Integrity
Every step from evidence to decision, checkable one at a time.
Every step from evidence to decision written down in a form that could be shown wrong, so a conclusion is never taken on the author's word. Evaluation-chain legibility: the path from the world to the decision made checkable stage by stage.
Temporal Integrity
Sound now, not only when it was made.
Whether a reading, a proof, or a decision still holds at the moment it is used, not only when it was produced. A stale truth is its own kind of broken: a feed lags a few minutes, a stale value drives a consequence that cannot be undone, and every upstream check still reads green. Now in candidate form as two parts. TRAINS writes a chain's temporal profile, how fast it acts and how quickly its readings go stale; TIMES judges that profile where slow correction meets fast, irreversible consequence.
